This is a very well made piece but is not made for everyone. If you have tight scrotum it isn’t going to preform as well. Wish that would have been in the product information.

I got both the 40mm and the 45mm. Both of these work, but I wish there was a size in between. The 40mm definitely works very well, but it’s just a bit tighter than I would like. The 45 works well too, but feels like it could slip a ball out on too hot of a day and lose the ring out my pants. I feel like a 42-43mm would be perfect.

I have 2... a 50mm and 45mm. I put the larger one on then the smaller. Looks great! I want to get a 40mm to lock them all. When it's hot and everything hangs really lose, they can slip off... sounds strange but believe me it can happen. I lost the 45 while gardening one summer - going commando - and eventually found it among the veggies.

I bought this in the 50mm size and I have to say its great. It feels great on the skin. Its my first metal ring and im super happy with this brand. Getting your balls through can be a pain till you figure it out. But once you do it doesn't hurt or anything.
Also I feel like not having my Johnson squeezed so fucking hard all around allowed me to shoot my load a lot better.
