WE SHIP FROM THE USA
Your products are shipped from our facility in Northern California. You will receive a shipping confirmation showing departure from our facility, not an overseas fulfillment center. We take pride in our fast shipping.
DISCREET SHIPPING
We value your privacy. Orders are shipped in a plain, white box or a USPS Priority Mail box depending on your method of shipping. We do not use padded envelopes because rigid packaging provides greater privacy. The return address sender is listed as "PR LLC".
SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
CARRIERS
We ship within the US via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
PRICING
Pricing is based on the size and weight of your order, the destination, and the class of service. Pricing will be provided during the checkout process.
TIMING
The overall timing for delivery is made up of two parts:
Handling Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Shipping Timing: Timing estimates for delivery will be provided during checkout. These estimates are from the time that the carrier accepts the shipment. Note that USPS Priority Mail does not offer a guaranteed delivery date; the timing (2-Day, 3-Day, etc.) are averages. Shipments may take longer than the estimate.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues. Please allow enough time to account for any delays.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED MAIL
Orders that cannot reach the recipient for any reason (including incorrect address provided during checkout) or orders that are refused by the recipient are not eligible for a refund of shipping fees. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US
CARRIERS
We ship to most countries via First Class Mail and DHL. We do not ship to Brazil or Philippines due to inconsistent delivery.
PRICING

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import tax or duty is charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs forms will include the price of the item (before any discounts); we cannot alter this amount.
Note that DHL shipments often carry higher customs duties than First Class Mail shipments, and may contain additional fees for expedited customs processing. These fees will be charged by the carrier directly to you. They may be equal to or greater than the value of the product shipped.
