The most important thing to remember when putting on your ring is:

The Primal 'P' should face up and away from you (so other people can read it!).

1. Position the ring so the 'P' is facing up and away from you.  The narrow end of the ring will be down.
   
   
2. Start with your balls. Slip them through the cock ring, one at at time, starting with your lowest-hanging boy. For most guys, it's the left one.
   
   
3. Once your balls are through, tuck your penis down and through the cock ring.
   
   
4. Scoot the ring up into position.
