This is the best fitting and most comfortable cock ring I have ever tried. I resigned myself to the idea that I was not a “cock ring guy” as I have never found a cock ring that fit me until now. Despite trying MANY different rings types and sizes. The curve along with the key hole contour to my body and leaves room for my balls to hang a little more freely and that makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I’m recommending Primal to all of my friends and looking forward to trying some of the other types of rings in the future!

Couldn’t fit my balls through the ring so couldn’t really use it.

So after following the sizing directions i found that it needs some adjusting. If i remember correctly, the largest size says something like “up to 7.5”. When i measured mine it was around 8.5”….and believe me…im not a LARGE guy. Im very average. And when i DID measure, i tried to do it as tightly as possible. Then i saw some other reviews saying the same thing. So i sized down. Well i should have sized down even more. Bummed i cant return for an exchange but i totally understand why they wont. So may have to order again if i have the desire. At least they arent like $100 each. Material and quality seem good though. Not a “cheap” product. Just disappoint they dont fit is all

They hold nice

This is wonderful. I had been having months of issues (age 70) staying hard to enter my wife. Once I got the technique down for ‘installing’ with a touch of lube, our situation greatly improved. I also bought the Power Flex. They both work well, but I found the Pulse Flex easier to get my junk through.
