This is the best fitting and most comfortable cock ring I have ever tried. I resigned myself to the idea that I was not a “cock ring guy” as I have never found a cock ring that fit me until now. Been using the Pulse Flex 45mm for a couple of weeks now. Only take it off to shave or wash it. Since it's sized correctly for me I can hardly feel it's there. At work it keeps my stuff, along with my pouch front underwear, away from my body and keeps it together. I don't find myself constantly "rearranging" because I'm uncomfortable. I have metal Primal units that do the same but the flex makes it easy to wear all the time like a wedding ring... Hehe
I just received the Power Flex and switched it out. This one is even more comfortable because it's flat on the inside and again can be worn all day every day for me. The rubber is also indestructible. Don't waste your money and just get Primal products.
