I had the stainless steel primal ring which is very comfortable for long term use, except for prolonged driving. This silicone flexes enough be comfortable with long drives.

A comment of use; I found that the ring is more comfortable with it upside down instead of the manufacture's directions. The tighter curve fits better over the shaft than pinching the balls. The section of the off set larger bend feels better when it's closest to the body.
