This is the best fitting and most comfortable cock ring I have ever tried. I resigned myself to the idea that I was not a “cock ring guy” as I have never found a cock ring that fit me until now. After waiting way too long to order one (mainly due to shipping from US to Canada) I finally caved. Just wish I had ordered more! The silicone one fit perfect and is super comfortable to wear. Can't wait to try one of the metal ones! My only complaint is that I wish the shipping label didn't say "Primal Rings", could be a little more discreet (even just Primal) so that it wasn't so Googleable.

Best ring I have worn and used. I bought both the 40 and 45, not sure which would be better. Usually purchase the 50 in metal. If going for the silicone go down one size. Both are a fantastic fit, but the 45 is just right. Can wear either all day I really enjoy stacking an I can still wear them all day. Dont delay order now you won't be disappointed. 100 percent better than my 50 round metal one. Will be ordering more soon. Love the thickness if the flex.

My Primal Flex did fit perfectly, my erection did not have any additional lasting affect with it on, it was the same as if I was not wearing it.
