Best ring I have worn and used. I bought both the 40 and 45, not sure which would be better. Usually purchase the 50 in metal. If going for the silicone go down one size. Both are a fantastic fit, but the 45 is just right. Can wear either all day I really enjoy stacking an I can still wear them all day. Dont delay order now you won't be disappointed. 100 percent better than my 50 round metal one. Will be ordering more soon. Love the thickness if the flex.

My Primal Flex did fit perfectly, my erection did not have any additional lasting affect with it on, it was the same as if I was not wearing it.

45mm ring puchased and have been wearing it for a week now. Very easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. Do not notice that it is there most of the time.
