I had tried other c-rings before, but they never quite felt comfortable, so this design had me hopeful. I measured multiple times to be sure and seemed to fall on the cusp of 40 and 45, it seemed to be recommended to size down, so I ended up getting the fusion, pulse, and power in 40. Packaging and quality of the rings seem great, but I don't know if it's too small or my anatomy just doesn't work with it, but I couldn't get both testicles through with any of them. Debating if I want to give it one more try with 45, but worried that c-rings just don't work for me.

I have owned several rings, all the configurations, all the materials. Every ring I have owned regardless of shape or material have all caused wicked ring sting and mild irritation. I reluctantly ordered the Fusion Matte in a 40mm, slightly larger than my normal size. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and craftsmanship, not to mention the packaging and personal note. I couldn't wait to test it. It's perfect! The fit is spot on and absolutely no irriation or sting. I can and have worn it continously with no issue at all, the stainless is great and the slight addition of weight is amazing. This truly is the King of all rings!!! 1000% recommend.

I cannot sing the praises of this ring highly enough! It's by far and wide the most comfortable cock ring I've ever owned - I could very easily forget to take it off before going to bed, it's so comfortable! It looks and feels amazing on me, I love the craftsmanship that has gone into it and the service from Primal Rings has been exemplary! I will definitely be back to place another order someday!

Very nice ring, you can wear it all day and it impresses when we go out and play. Being used to the traditional O ring, I wish the bottom part was a little tighter so it really squeezes.
