I received my primal ring and noted that it was well packaged, made very well, sleek design, and had good customer service through the whole experience. However, I don’t think I would have ordered the size I did. I was in between sizes and order the one below based on reviews and correspondence with their support team. Still, I don’t think this ring fits properly and probably could have used a size smaller, unless it is supposed to be snug (while erect) and not tighter.
