I would definitely love my primal ring if there was a size 42.5. With the 40, I was able to get my balls in without a problem; however, I struggled getting my penis through ,and when I tried to remove it, I had to use lube because my penis was stuck. It was easy getting the size 45 on and off; however, I would have liked it to fit more snug. A size 42.5 would have been perfect!

Be wary if your jewels don't hang very low and/or are large, my measuring before purchase had me scratching my head at the above 55mm size and I figured I must be making some measuring error and figured it was close enough. Im below average in size but my balls are apparently rather large since the 55mm barely fits me and is not comfortable at all. Regret my purchase but I knew I might not like it going in. Quality seems good although perhaps the narrow part of the ring could be widened for these kinds of situations.

I have used different doughnut rings and tribal rings and they fit ok but not really a ring you can wear all day. This ring is comfortable and forget a lot of the times I even have it on.
